Welcome to DivIHN! We are looking for an outstanding Training Specialist to join our team and contribute to creating a supportive and engaging environment for our valued trainees. This full-time role reports directly to the Training Manager and is responsible for training and mentoring trainees. The preferred location is Trichy (Tiruchirappalli).

What we are looking for, or Key Responsibilities:
Training Development:
Designing training materials tailored to different levels of recruiters (junior to senior). Creating specialized content on sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and onboarding.
Conducting Workshops
: Leading workshops, webinars, and classroom training sessions to enhance recruiter skills. Focusing on topics such as effective candidate sourcing, interview techniques, building relationships with hiring managers, and recruitment best practices.
Coaching & Mentoring:
Offering one-on-one coaching sessions for recruiters to address specific challenges. Guiding on improving phone screening, negotiation, and closing skills.
Performance Evaluation:
Assessing the progress of recruiters by tracking their key performance indicators (KPIs). Conducting mock interviews, role plays, and simulations to improve practical recruitment skills.
Staying Updated on Trends:
Ensuring that the team is up to date with recruitment trends, technology, and legal considerations. Teaching recruiters to adapt to changing markets, diversity hiring, and using AI/ATS tools.
Essential Skills: Communication:
Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and confidently.
Industry Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of recruitment processes and best practices .
Leadership:
The Capability to motivate and guide others toward achieving recruitment goals.
Training Techniques:
Familiarity with various learning methods (e.g., instructor-led training, e-learning, blended learning).
Qualifications:
Experience in recruitment, often with a focus on specific industries or recruitment types (e.g., IT, engineering). Certification or background in training or human resources (optional but preferred). Strong interpersonal skills for coaching and mentoring .
