Role & responsibilities

Requirements:

Expert on labour laws and compliance
Should have handled Factory operations at a Unit level and at a National level
Should have experience in managing contract labour
Very good in Cost management and analytics
Should be well versed with automation and new HR practices in Manufacturing Plants
MBA from a reputed institute and having a work experience of 10 - 12 years doing a similar role in mid-sized companies.
Execution of Corporate HR plan - PMS, L&D, Action planning & execution of employee engagement
Budgeting, Administration and facilities management of Manufacturing Units, Guest houses, Security, Canteen, Guest-house, Travel (incl. stay)
