- Manage ESI, PF, and other statutory compliances.
- Ensure timely payment of contributions and returns.
- Oversee attendance management, leave administration, and employee data management.
- Manage contract labor bills and workforce planning.
- Calculate and process gratuity and bonus payments.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Utilize Excel and advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and automation.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and other analytical tools.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data and records.
- Ensure data confidentiality and security.
