Recruitment Team Lead

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Team Lead to manage and guide our recruiter team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving hiring strategies, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and mentoring recruiters to meet hiring goals efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and process optimization skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets and quality benchmarks.

* Allocate requisitions, manage team performance, and ensure timely delivery of hiring needs.

* Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand job requirements and develop sourcing strategies.

* Review and enhance recruitment processes to improve efficiency, diversity, and candidate experience.

* Monitor key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio) and provide reports to HR leadership.

* Ensure compliance with legal and company hiring policies.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

* 3–5 years of overall recruitment experience, with at least 1–2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.

* Proven experience in handling volume, niche, and leadership hiring.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

* Hands-on experience with recruitment tools like ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and HRMS.
