Key Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing & Outreach:

  Identify and connect with potential candidates through job portals, social media, cold calling, networking, and referrals.

• Cold Calling:

  Proactively reach out to potential candidates to introduce job opportunities, explain roles, and generate interest.

• Screening & Shortlisting:

  Review profiles, conduct initial screening calls, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.

• Briefing & Guiding Candidates:

  Prepare candidates for interviews by explaining job roles, company background, and expectations to ensure they represent themselves effectively.

• Interview Coordination:

  Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience.

• Candidate Relationship Management:

  Maintain regular communication, provide updates, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

• Onboarding Support:

  Assist with pre-joining documentation and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.

• Database Management:

  Maintain and update candidate details in CRM/ATS systems.

• Referral Generation & Employer Branding:

  Encourage referrals and promote company culture to attract quality talent.

• Excellent Communication Skills:

  Fluent in English (verbal & written).

• Persuasive & Confident:

  Comfortable with cold calling and candidate engagement.

• Organized & Detail-Oriented:

  Able to manage multiple open positions efficiently.

• Result-Oriented:

  Motivated to achieve recruitment targets and deadlines.

• Freshers Welcome:

  Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable.

• Experience Advantage:

  1 - 4 years in recruitment, HR, or staffing will be an added plus.

Work-from-Home Requirements

• Headset with a microphone for clear communication.
