Work from Home | Day Shift | 6 Days Working (Sunday Fixed Off)

Business Development & Recruitment Specialist (1–3 yrs experience)

Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

  • Lead Generation & Cold Calling:

    Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, social media, and networking.
  • Inbound Queries & Conversions:

    Handle inquiries, present our offerings, and convert leads into successful business opportunities.
  • Product Expertise:

    Develop in-depth knowledge of our services and effectively present them to prospects.
  • Client Engagement:

    Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals.

Recruitment:

  • Talent Sourcing:

    Search for potential candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
  • Screening & Shortlisting:

    Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Interview Coordination:

    Schedule interviews and ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Onboarding Support:

    Guide selected candidates through joining formalities and orientation.
  • Candidate Relationship Management:

    Keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring process.
