Our services include FTL and PTL transportation, Milkrun operations, express deliveries, project cargo movement, custom-built vehicles, warehousing, and 3PL services. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Poonamali. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including identifying staffing needs, developing job descriptions, and conducting interviews. Other day-to-day tasks include collaborating with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, conducting training for new hires, and maintaining candidate databases. Qualifications Experience in Hiring and Recruiting for Non-IT jobs. Proficiency in Interviewing and Communication skills Ability to conduct Training sessions for new hires Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the logistics industry is a plus Show more Show less
