Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist, based in Mumbai. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. The role also involves developing and implementing effective recruiting and training strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent. Daily tasks include maintaining candidate databases, providing recruiting reports, and collaborating with management to understand workforce needs.
