Job Description:

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist with 2–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The role involves sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring smooth onboarding. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with job portals, social media hiring, and stakeholder management.


Key Responsibilities:


Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various roles.

Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.

Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback.

Maintain candidate database and ensure timely closure of positions.


Requirements:


2–3 years of proven experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Familiarity with job portals, ATS, and social media recruitment.

Ability to handle multiple requirements under deadlines.
