Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Mumbai. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, coordinating with hiring managers, and onboarding new employees. Additional responsibilities involve developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies, conducting training sessions for hiring managers, and maintaining recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.

• Experience in Training and development

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
