Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Ashoknagar. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for the entire hiring process, including developing job descriptions, posting job ads, and sourcing candidates. Day-to-day tasks include screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing offer processes. The Recruitment Specialist will also manage onboarding processes and provide training to new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.

• Proficiency in Interviewing and Communication skills
• Skills in Training and employee onboarding
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
