Role Overview: As a Recruitment Specialist based in Kannod, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire recruitment process. This includes tasks such as sourcing, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions. Additionally, you will be in charge of coordinating recruitment activities, providing training to new employees, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Collaboration with hiring managers to devise efficient recruitment strategies will also be a key aspect of your role.
