Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Navi Mumbai. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end hiring process, conducting interviews, communicating with candidates and team members, and ensuring that the recruitment needs of the company are met. Additionally, the Recruitment Specialist will handle training and onboarding of new employees to ensure smooth integration into the company.

• Strong Interviewing and Communication skills
• Training and Onboarding experience
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Relevant experience in the manufacturing or construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
