Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter / Senior HR professional specializing in bulk hiring

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Bulk Hiring

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for

  Gym Trainers, Sales Executives, Front Desk Staff

  , and other operational roles.
• Handle

  bulk hiring drives

  , walk-ins, and mass recruitment activities.
• Create and publish job postings on job portals, social media, and local networks.
• Source suitable candidates through

  Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, local gyms, fitness academies, training institutes

  , and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate

  technical assessments / demo sessions

  for gym trainers.
• Ensure minimum turnaround time (TAT) for closures.

2. Coordination & Documentation

• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth candidate communication.
• Maintain a database of trainers, sales candidates, and potential hires for future needs.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring trackers.

3. Employer Branding & Networking

• Build relationships with

  fitness academies, sports institutes, and training centres

  for continuous talent pipelines.
• Represent the company during job fairs, hiring camps, and industry events.
• Promote referral programs and work on strengthening internal hiring channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2+ years of recruitment experience

  , preferably in the fitness/retail/hospitality industry.
• Experience handling

  bulk hiring

  and fulfilling high-volume vacancies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing skills with knowledge of job portals and social media.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Good understanding of roles such as

  Gym Trainer, Personal Trainer, Sales Executive

  , etc.

Preferred

• Experience hiring for

  fitness centres, gyms, wellness brands, or retail chains

  .
• Existing network of gym trainers or fitness professionals is a plus.
