Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Borivali. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire hiring process, which includes sourcing, interviewing, and recruiting qualified candidates. Other responsibilities include ongoing communication with potential hires, training new employees, and maintaining up-to-date hiring records. The role involves collaborating with department heads to understand their staffing needs and implementing effective recruiting strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong Interviewing skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to develop and conduct Training sessions
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the educational sector is a plus
