About Us:

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to support our hiring across multiple domains including IT, Non-IT, and other specialized areas. We are looking for an independent, self-motivated professional with full-cycle recruitment experience who can work remotely during IST hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across IT, Non-IT, and other domains, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job portals, social media, and professional networks to source top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, role specifications, and talent profiles.
• Create and post job advertisements on multiple platforms, ensuring visibility and reach.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines, recruitment metrics, and reports in the ATS.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide market insights and advise on talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or Talent Acquisition Specialist with end-to-end recruitment across IT and Non-IT sectors.
• Hands-on experience with ATS and major job portals
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and employment laws in India.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple open positions, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
