Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist at Oswaal Books, located in Agra. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding candidates. Day-to-day tasks include posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

• Strong Interviewing skills
• Excellent Communication abilities
• Experience in Training new employees
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of HR best practices and current regulations is a plus
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems is advantageous
