Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for the full recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions. The role will also involve coordinating training for new hires and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The Recruitment Specialist will work closely with HR and departmental managers to understand staffing needs and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Recruiting, Hiring, and Interviewing candidates
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in Training new hires and coordinating onboarding processes
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the manufacturing or elevator industry is a plus
