As we grow, we are looking for a passionate and dynamic Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team and help us attract, engage, and hire top talent.Role OverviewThe Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process — from understanding hiring needs to sourcing, screening, and onboarding. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong relationships with stakeholders, and delivers an outstanding candidate experience.Key Responsibilities • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job descriptions. • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, etc.). • Manage the full recruitment cycle: scheduling interviews, conducting assessments, and coordinating feedback. • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process. • Support employer branding initiatives to position Almonds.ai as an employer of choice. • Maintain accurate recruitment metrics, dashboards, and reports. • Collaborate with HR team on onboarding and workforce planning initiatives.Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience (2–5 years) in recruitment or talent acquisition. • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, ATS, and recruitment best practices. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to manage multiple roles and deliver within deadlines. • Passion for people, culture, and creating a positive candidate journey.What We Offer • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives. • Opportunities for professional growth and learning. • A collaborative and inclusive work environment. • Exposure to diverse hiring across functions and geographies.🚀 If you’re a people-person with a talent for spotting talent, we’d love to meet you!
