The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Recruitment Consultant with a strong focus on leadership hiring within the technology sector. This is an exciting opportunity to join our expanding team and play a pivotal role in driving our technology practice. Based in either Noida or Bengaluru (hybrid), you will be responsible for managing end-to-end executive search assignments, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of Hallmark Search Partners. Key Responsibilities Manage and execute full lifecycle executive search assignments for leadership roles within the technology industry, including but not limited to C-suite, VP, and Director-level positions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their strategic objectives, organizational culture, and specific hiring needs. Conduct in-depth candidate research utilizing various sourcing methodologies, including direct sourcing, networking, database mining, and leveraging online platforms. Assess and qualify candidates through thorough interviews and evaluations, presenting a strong and diverse slate of qualified individuals to clients. Manage the entire candidate process, including candidate presentation, interview coordination, feedback management, and offer negotiation. Provide expert advice and guidance to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process. Stay abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor activities within the technology landscape. Contribute to business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities. Collaborate effectively with the internal team, sharing knowledge, best practices, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within our CRM system. Represent Hallmark Search Partners professionally and ethically at all times.
