About The Role: Recruiter Key Responsibility Skills: sourcing,candidate engagement,head hunting,talent pool analytics,communication,sourcing strategy,end to end recruitment,recruiter,proficiency with linkedin and naukri,hiring,stakeholder management,basic excel skills Trusted advisors to their hiring community with genuine market intelligence and insight, Supported by the sourcing team and freed from administration, Recruiters will have the capacity to build strong candidate networks. Using Talent Pool Analytics & market knowledge, Recruiters will intelligently engage hiring managers to develop a joint strategy to meet hiring demands and visibility of the total talent available. Recruiters will be supported by coordinators and scalable backend sourcing team. Operational management of the Sourcing team. Design and management of talent community strategy. Tracking pipelines to ensure meeting quality and time targets. Design and ongoing review of sourcing channels and sourcing strategy by role, function and region. Management of all candidate channels including backend sourcing, Job Description: 3 to 5 years of experience managing end to end Recruitment working with pharma and non pharma requirements, Excellent verbal & written communication with strong stakeholder management experience , Experience in end to end funnel management , Must be smart to interact with stakeholders , must know headhunting, Savy with linkedin and Naukri , basic excel knowledge , proactive and agile.
