Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiting Manager to lead our recruitment efforts within the insurance industry. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent for a variety of roles including sales agents, claims adjusters, customer service representatives, and management staff.
