About The Job: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Manager with proven experience in the staffing industry to lead our recruitment operations. This role will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, managing a team of recruiters, developing talent acquisition strategies, building client relationships, and ensuring timely and quality placements. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategy Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists. Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with company goals and client needs. Analyze hiring trends and market intelligence to optimize recruitment performance. Client & Account Management Act as the main point of contact for key client accounts. Understand client hiring needs, culture, and business requirements to deliver tailored staffing solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and customer satisfaction. Recruitment Operations Oversee full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire roles. Monitor recruiter KPIs and drive continuous improvement in sourcing strategies and placement ratios. Compliance & Reporting Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and company recruitment practices. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using ATS/CRM systems. Prepare and present recruitment metrics, reports, and forecasts to leadership. Team Development Train and develop recruiting staff on best practices, sourcing techniques, and market trends. Promote a collaborative, high-performance culture within the recruitment team. Qualifications: Bachelors degree 6+ years of experience in the staffing industry with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role. Deep understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and market dynamics in staffing. Proven track record of successful placements and team management. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficient in ATS/CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
