Job Summary: As a Recruiter at Maria Management Services, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent across various industries. You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, manage the recruitment process from start to finish, and ensure a positive experience for both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing and Recruitment:
  • Identify and attract high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and other channels.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including resume reviews, phone interviews, and skills assessments.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact through to offer acceptance.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Provide clients with market insights and recruitment strategies to help them make informed hiring decisions.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Candidate Experience:
  • Ensure a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide candidates with timely feedback and updates on their application status.
  • Assist candidates with interview preparation and job offer negotiations.
  • Job Advertising and Marketing:
  • Create compelling job advertisements and post them on appropriate job boards and social media platforms.
  • Utilize various marketing strategies to enhance the visibility of job openings and attract potential candidates.
  • Database Management:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and job placements in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Build and manage a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
  • Compliance and Best Practices:
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, preferably within a recruitment agency setting.
  • Experience with sourcing techniques and tools, including social media and job boards.
  • Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Knowledge:
  • Understanding of recruitment processes, job market trends, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with labour laws and compliance requirements is advantageous.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
