Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Manager located in Bhopal. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for managing the recruitment and hiring process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. The Recruitment Manager will work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies. Additionally, the role involves maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies and managing the applicant tracking system.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment channels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the food or FMCG sector is an advantage
