Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Strategy & Planning: - Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies that are in line with the organization's objectives. - Anticipate hiring needs and establish proactive talent pipelines. - Manage employer branding efforts to attract top talent to the organization. Talent Acquisition & Hiring: - Supervise the complete recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates. - Utilize a variety of recruitment channels such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals. - Establish and maintain a talent pool for critical positions. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Stakeholder & Team Management: - Collaborate with department heads to comprehend hiring requirements and job specifications. - Work closely with HR Business Partners to align recruitment activities with workforce planning and internal mobility. Process Improvement & Compliance: - Implement industry best practices in recruitment to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness. - Keep track of essential recruitment metrics like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire. - Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies during the recruitment process. Data Management: - Analyze recruitment trends and generate reports for management assessment. Key Skills & Competencies: - MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition. - Proficient in sourcing and networking techniques. - Sound knowledge of recruitment tools and methods. - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. - Strong leadership skills and adept at managing stakeholders. - Ability to make data-driven decisions for recruitment processes.,
