Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager – Overseas Hiring to lead our international recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end overseas recruitment process (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviews, documentation).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and recruitment partners.
  • Ensure compliance with overseas recruitment regulations, labor laws, and visa processes.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, and recruitment agencies.
  • Lead and mentor the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with overseas employers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in international recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of overseas recruitment processes (Gulf, Europe, Asia, ,etc.)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple international projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,107.97 - ₹386,242.49 per year
