Recruitment & Operations Head

Key Responsibilities (Recruitment):-

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across tech, non-tech, and leadership roles

• Develop hiring strategies, workforce planning, and monthly hiring pipelines

• Drive sourcing excellence — headhunting, networking, screening & candidate evaluation

• Manage a team of recruiters, ensuring productivity, TAT, and quality of hires

• Improve candidate experience, selection process, and employer branding

• Build strong stakeholder partnerships with department heads and leadership

Key Responsibilities (Operations):-

• Oversee HR operations functions: onboarding, documentation, compliance & HRMIS

• Monitor attendance, performance trackers, daily/weekly dashboards & data audits

• Optimize SOPs and implement scalable operational processes

• Coordinate cross-functional workflows and ensure seamless execution

• Lead process improvement, automation, and reporting for leadership review

Requirements:-

• 5–10 years of experience in Recruitment + HR Operations

• Minimum 2 years of team leadership experience

• Strong command of hiring strategy, stakeholder management & MIS reporting

• Excellent communication, execution excellence & problem-solving skills

• Process-driven, data-driven and highly accountable
