Job Description

As a Recruitment Manager at our company, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding. This includes sourcing potential candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating further rounds with hiring managers. You will also be in charge of maintaining the recruitment database and applicant tracking system, as well as developing relationships with colleges, placement agencies, and recruitment consultants. Ensuring timely communication and feedback to candidates, understanding workforce requirements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws are also key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding. - Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other innovative channels. - Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds with hiring managers. - Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking system (ATS). - Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, placement agencies, and recruitment consultants. - Ensure timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process. - Work closely with HR team members to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities. - Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during the recruitment process. Key Skills & Competencies: - Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and sourcing strategies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office. - Negotiation and persuasion skills. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience (6 to 10 years) in recruitment or talent acquisition [adjust based on requirement]. - Experience in industry-specific recruitment, e.g., IT, manufacturing, will be an added advantage.
