About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. The role involves handling customer queries, providing support, and ensuring a smooth customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to assist customers with their queries, complaints, or requests.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and processes.
• Record and update customer interactions and details in the CRM system.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly by coordinating with relevant departments.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher authorities and ensure timely follow-up.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.
• Meet performance targets including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi, or Tamil language candidate preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Good listening skills and patience in handling customer concerns.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email handling).

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduation preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience in customer service(freshers with good communication skills are welcome).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,675.35 - ₹25,591.89 per month
