• - Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle across all departments.
• - Build strong hiring pipelines for counsellors, marketing teams, operations, and international liaison roles.
• - Set recruitment targets, track performance, and optimise hiring processes without drowning in spreadsheets.
• - Collaborate with leadership to understand manpower needs and close positions on time — no excuses.
• - Create and maintain effective recruitment strategies aligned with the company's growth plans.
• - Oversee onboarding quality and ensure new hires settle in without chaos.
• - Train and mentor the recruitment team to keep them sharp, proactive, and result-driven.

• *Requirements*
• - Bachelor’s degree *(mandatory)*; Master’s preferred.
• - *2+ years of proven experience* in recruitment, preferably in the education or study-abroad sector.
• - Strong communication and leadership skills — clear, assertive, and professional.
• - Experience managing recruitment teams and high-volume hiring.
• - Ability to make data-backed decisions and handle pressure without losing the plot.
• - Strong networking skills and familiarity with modern hiring tools.
