Responsibilities :
· Identify, source, and onboard new Associates to expand the sales network.
· Plan and conduct induction and orientation programs for newly recruited Associates.
· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Associates to ensure engagement and productivity.
· Act as the primary point of contact to resolve Associate queries and provide continuous support.
· Enable Associates with project details, pricing, brochures, and sales tools to help them close deals effectively.
· Coordinate and conduct site visits and walkthroughs for Associates and their clients.
· Share regular project updates, incentive structures, and performance schemes with Associates.
· Track Associate performance and share MIS reports and recruitment insights with management.
· Work closely with Sales and CRM teams to ensure smooth deal closures through the Associate network.
