Position:
Recruitment Executive/Sourcing Executive
Location:
Kolkata
Experience:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year in recruiting, with knowledge in sourcing, screening, and securing top talent for both non-IT and IT profiles.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for sourcing candidates from job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn.
Handle PAN India hiring (bulk and niche hiring).
Manage end-to-end sourcing for bulk/mass hiring across multiple business verticals within defined timelines.
Partner with hiring managers and team leaders to understand requirements and skill sets for critical positions.
Act as a POC for stakeholder management and ensure seamless recruitment coordination across all locations.
Should be comfortable working under pressure to achieve monthly targets.
Responsible for handling Volume/Mass/Bulk/BPO hiring.
