Recruitment Executive

We have a greenfield project under execution in Vapi which will commence production in 2024. We need a strong, dynamic team member to help with staffing, on-roll and contractual labor and Campus requirements.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for Campus and recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle of campus hiring and lateral recruitments.
• Work closely with Directors to define requirement, use various sources for identifying suitable candidates and facilitate the recruitment and talent acquisition process.
• Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
• 2+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
