Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Executive, located in Ahmedabad. The Recruitment Executive will be responsible for developing job descriptions, managing the hiring process, communicating with candidates and clients, conducting interviews, and overseeing the recruiting process to ensure the right talent is sourced and placed in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications

• Job Description Development and Hiring skills
• Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Interviewing and Recruiting skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus
