Details are as mentioned below: Designation : GM/Sr. GM- Human Resources Experience : Minimum 12-15 years relevant experience. (Strong experience in sales HR is a must. Should be handling a big team of HR professionals in current role) Package : Up to 60 LPA Role Summary: The Head – Sales HR will be responsible for driving the HR strategy for the commercial function, partnering closely with business leaders to enable field-force effectiveness, capability development, performance management, and talent continuity. The role demands strategic HR leadership, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of field dynamics within the pharma industry. Key Responsibilities: Business Partnership: Act as a strategic HR advisor to Sales & Marketing leadership, aligning people priorities with business goals. Talent Strategy: Lead recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning for field roles. Build strong leadership pipelines for critical sales positions. Performance & Productivity: Drive a performance-led culture through robust goal-setting, reviews, and incentive planning. Capability Building: Partner with L&D to implement skill-building programs for sales teams, FLMs, ZSMs & Sales Heads. Employee Experience: Lead employee engagement across zones, strengthen field connect, and address ground-level HR issues proactively. Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to HR policies, field-level compliance, and labor law requirements. Team Leadership: Lead and develop a big HR team, ensuring consistent execution across regions and entire gamut of HR functions.
