Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Source and attract top talent across various platforms. 🔹 Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements. 🔹 Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job needs and ensure the right fit. 🔹 Manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics. 🔹 Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
