Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Exports to lead and expand our unique and innovative products within the veterinary industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic export plans, establishing international client relationships, ensuring compliance with global regulations, and driving revenue growth in international markets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement export strategies to expand the company's presence in international markets for veterinary products. Identify and establish partnerships with overseas distributors, agents, and clients. Manage end-to-end export operations , including order processing, documentation, logistics, and customs compliance. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, phytosanitary standards, and veterinary health regulations. Coordinate with R&D and production teams to ensure product quality and certification standards meet international requirements. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and competitive advantages. Negotiate contracts and pricing with international clients and partners. Prepare and manage budgets for export activities, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness. Lead and train the export team to achieve departmental objectives. Maintain strong relationships with customs, freight forwarders, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders involved in export operations. Prepare regular reports on export performance, market insights, and strategic recommendations.
