Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Executive based in Ahmedabad. The Recruitment Executive will be responsible for developing job descriptions, conducting interviews, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and effectively communicating with potential candidates. The role will require working closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to meet the staffing needs of the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in Job Description Development and Recruiting
• Strong Interviewing and Hiring skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad
• Proven track record in managing the end-to-end recruitment process
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
