Job Description

Role title

  • Designation: Recruitment Executive Biker Hiring
  • Department: HR / Talent Acquisition
  • Location: Gandhi Nagar

Role purpose

  • To source, screen, and onboard bike riders / delivery executives in sufficient numbers to meet daily and monthly operational targets for lastmile delivery.

Candidate profile

  • Education: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred) with experience in bluecollar hiring (delivery boys, drivers, warehouse staff, etc.).
  • Experience: 6 months 3 years in bulk hiring / field recruitment; experience in hiring delivery riders for Swiggy / Zomato / courier / ecommerce is an added advantage.
  • Skills required:
    • Strong field sourcing skills and local area networking
    • Basic Excel / MIS
    • Good communication in Hindi + local language; basic English
    • Targetoriented, comfortable with travelling to different areas / hubs daily

Preferred candidate profile

Key responsibilities

  • Plan monthly rider hiring numbers with Operations / Hub Managers based on order volumes and routes.
  • Source bikers through: field visits, job portals, local agencies, colleges/ITIs, rider referrals, and social media.
  • Conduct initial telephonic and facetoface screening to check:
    • Own bike / valid driving licence
    • Android smartphone
    • Local area knowledge and minimum education (as per company policy)
  • Brief candidates on job role: delivery area, shift timings, payout structure (fixed + incentives + fuel), documents required, and company policies
  • Coordinate interview / joining at hub; manage offer letters / contracts for riders (employee or gig / partner model as per company).
  • Collect and verify KYC: Aadhaar, PAN, DL, RC, bank details, photos, and police verification forms as per company SOP.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding: induction on app usage, navigation, proofofdelivery, customer behaviour, and basic safety rules.
  • Maintain daily MIS of: leads generated, interviews done, joiners, noshows, active riders vs. target, and share reports with HR Head / Ops Head.
  • Run rider engagement and retention activities: referral schemes, reward programs for high performers, feedback collection on issues (pay-outs, routes, fuel, etc.).
