Recruitment Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for our events company. The role involves sourcing, screening, and Scheduling talent across creative, Production, Technical, Client Servicing and operations teams to support diverse event projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and Schedules.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for on-ground, technical, and creative and Client Servicing roles.
• Coordinate with HR Team department heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Manage vendor and consultant relationships for bulk/urgent hiring.
• Ensure and Bring new hiring strategies.
• Maintain recruitment reports and databases.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years of recruitment experience (preferably in events/entertainment industry/Consultancy/target hires).
• Strong networking and sourcing skills via job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under tight timelines and handle multiple requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹28,941.77 per month
