Key Responsibilities: Coordinate recruitment campaigns for international clients. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles. Schedule interviews (in-person / Zoom/client rounds). Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress. Liaise with employers, agents, and internal departments. Prepare job postings, interview schedules, and recruitment reports. Ensure compliance with company and government documentation standards.
