Recruiting Coordinator

In this role, you'll be the backbone of our recruiting operations, supporting our recruiters and hiring managers to ensure our hiring process runs seamlessly.

Responsibilities:

• Candidate Scheduling:

  Coordinate and schedule interviews (phone, virtual, and in-person) between candidates and hiring teams.

• Candidate Communication:

  Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and a positive, professional experience from application to offer.

• ATS Management:

  Maintain and update candidate information accurately in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), [e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, etc.].

• Recruitment Events:

  Assist in the coordination and logistics of recruiting events, career fairs, and other talent-related activities.

• Reporting:

  Help with data entry and generating basic reports on recruitment metrics.

• Team Support:

  Provide administrative support to the recruiting team as needed.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within a recruiting or HR department.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
