Internship Structure

Phase 1: Foundational Experience (2 Months – Unpaid)

Post job listings across recruitment platforms
Maintain and update candidate databases
Support daily operations of the recruitment team

Phase 2: Growth & Leadership (6 Months – Paid, Based on Performance)

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
Source, screen, and conduct initial candidate interviews
Assist in onboarding, engagement, and coordination activities
Lead interns and teams, gaining exposure to leadership practices

✅ Who We’re Looking For

Genuine interest in HR, recruitment, and people management
Previous HR/campus experience (preferred, not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace
