Recruiting Intern

As an HR Intern at SRF Limited in Gurugram, Haryana, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the Human Resources department. The internship duration is 6 months from Monday to Friday, reporting directly to the HR Manager. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. - Support onboarding activities such as documentation, induction coordination, and employee orientation. - Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases. - Participate in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts. - Assist in HR policy implementation and compliance tracking. - Contribute to HR analytics and reporting tasks. - Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related queries and support. Qualifications: - Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. - Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic HR team.
