Recruiting Intern

We offer a wide range of HR services, including recruitment, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR consulting. Our services are designed to meet the unique needs of each client.

We are looking to hire 2-3 interns on our recruitment team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
• Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
• Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
• Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
• Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders

Required skills and qualifications

• Proficiency with social media, and professional networks
• Experience in using LinkedIn a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Thourough in research and high on attention to detail

What's on offer:

• Stipend of INR 15K per month for first 2 months
• Full-time offer, if intersnhip is completed successfully - INR 30K per month
• Incentive - 10% of revenue earned on every closure (No Minimum or Maximum limit)
