Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of recruiters.
• Drive hiring metrics: time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, revenue per hire.
• Ensure target closures and team performance.

Recruitment & Delivery

• Own revenue generation and delivery for assigned mandates.
• Create JDs, source candidates through multiple channels, and conduct screening.
• Manage recruiter productivity and recruitment quality checks.
• Handle negotiation, candidate fitment assessment, and end-to-end hiring.
• Build sourcing strategies, talent mapping, and lead generation.

Client Relationship & Key Account Management

• Manage key clients, understand hiring needs, and ensure high satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Present shortlisted candidates and maintain strong client relationships.
• Plan monthly revenue and meet client-wise targets.

Operations

• Maintain updated reports, trackers, and MIS.
• Follow all recruitment processes with full transparency.
• Strategize to scale team performance and hiring output.
• Build team capability and reduce hiring cycle time.

Candidate Profile

• 3–6 years of experience in recruitment, with team handling exposure.
• Strong background in consulting and revenue generation.
• Expertise in IT/Non-IT hiring, sourcing tools, ATS, and recruitment strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and time-management abilities
