Role & responsibilities

BPO Recruiter

Preferred candidate profile

Must have experience in BPO/KPO/Bulk hiring
Strong communication and sourcing skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for voice, non-voice, technical, and customer support roles using job portals, databases, social media, and referrals.
Conduct initial HR screening to assess candidate fit (communication, background, interest, etc.).
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up until closure.
Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers regularly.
Ensure timely delivery of profiles as per client/hiring manager requirements.
Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and formulate recruitment strategies.
Manage bulk hiring and walk-in drives if required.
Maintain positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Meet weekly/monthly targets for closures and interviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in HR preferred).
3-8 years of experience in BPO/volume hiring.
Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, Shine, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Flexible to work in fast-paced and high-volume environments.
Exposure to ATS/HRMS systems is a plus.

Must Have:

Experience in hiring for international BPOs (voice/accent hiring).
Basic knowledge of HR policies and labor laws.
Prior experience working with recruitment agencies or RPOs.
