Job Description: As a Recruiter working from home, you will be responsible for leading national and international recruitment efforts. Your role will involve developing and executing comprehensive recruiting plans, conducting talent sourcing activities through various channels, screening and assessing candidate resumes, and selecting the most qualified candidates for open positions. Additionally, you will negotiate offers, build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders, and promote the organization's employer brand. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting plans to meet the hiring needs of the organization - Conduct extensive talent sourcing activities through various channels - Screen and assess candidate resumes, applications, and references - Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates - Select and hire the most qualified candidates for open positions - Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process - Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders - Promote the organization's employer brand and engage with potential candidates - Utilize analytics and reporting to monitor and improve recruitment processes Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field - 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition Job Description: As a Recruiter working from home, you will be responsible for leading national and international recruitment efforts.
