Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
  • Source candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone interviews, and shortlist candidates.
  • Coordinate and conduct in-person and virtual interviews.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication with candidates.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain recruitment databases and prepare regular reports on recruitment activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Create & post engaging job ads on various platforms to attract high quality candidates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
